1. Serviceable Locations
Restless currently ships to all serviceable postal codes across India. Orders to locations outside courier coverage may be canceled or delayed, in which case the customer will be notified accordingly.
2. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours are considered received on the following working day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines is 5 -7 days.
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location.
5. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS. Customers can track their orders using the provided link. It may take up to 24 hours post-dispatch for tracking information to become active.
6. Multiple Shipments
In cases where products (e.g., beverages and merchandise) are shipped from different facilities, orders may be split into multiple shipments. Customers will be informed accordingly, and tracking details for each shipment will be shared separately.
7. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
Courier partners typically attempt delivery twice. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to origin. Re-delivery may be initiated upon customer request, subject to additional charges.
8. Packaging
All products are packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Cans are secured using impact-resistant materials, and merchandise is packed to ensure protection from moisture and handling damage.
9. Delays and Force Majeure
While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to external factors beyond Restless’s control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, logistical disruptions, government restrictions, and courier network failures.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order. Restless shall not be held liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
