We do understand there are times when a refund has to be issued. This policy outlines under what conditions refunds are issued so that there is a simple process for our esteemed customers.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are in the following instances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receiving a damaged or defective product during manufacturing.

  • Incorrect Items: If the received product is not that which you have ordered (e.g., incorrect size, incorrect color, or incorrect product).

  • Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered or does not reach you within the specified time.

Note: Refunds do not apply to:

  • Opened or Consumed Drink Action: On health and safety policy, we do not accept opened or consumed drink items for refund.

  • Personalized Items: Products that were ordered to be personalized based on your own choice or specifications.

  • Final Sale Products: Those products that were "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" when bought.

2. Refund Request Period

  • Notification Period: You need to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Window: On approval of the refund request, you will be required to return the product within 7 days.

3. Refund Process

  • Initiation: To initiate a refund, send our customer care at (email address) details of your order and a reason for the refund request.

  • Approval: Our staff will process your request and, upon approval, provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping:

In case the error is on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we shall arrange for a free reverse pickup.

In the event of the return due to reasons other than the above, you'll need to ship the product back to us. In this case, we suggest shipping via a trackable means.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Returns need to be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags on them.

  • Processing Time: Upon receipt of the returned item and confirmation of its condition, we shall effect your refund within 7-10 business days.

4. Method of Refund

  • Original Payment Mode: Refunds shall be made back to your original mode of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).

  • Store Credit: Or, you can choose store credit, which you can use for subsequent purchases on our site.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping fees are not refundable except in the case of an error by us.

  • Reimbursement for Return Shipping: Where return shipping is your responsibility, we do not reimburse for shipping.
